해원은 북한에서 남한으로 넘어온 탈북자이다. 그는 24시간 내내 자신의 일거수일투족을 촬영해 담당 형사 제민에게 제출한다. 형사의 만류에도 해원은 녹화를 멈추지 않는다.

Haewon is a North Korean defector who defected from North Korea to South Korea. He spends 24 hours a day filming his every move and submits his recordings to the responsible detective, Jemin. Even when a detective tries to dissuade him, he doesn’t stop recording.
