노량진에서 4년째 경찰공무원시험에 매달리는 춘기. 이번 시험에서도 떨어질 위기에 처한 춘기는 우연히 목격한 교통사고 현장에서, 가산점을 받기 위해 사건을 조작하려 한다.

Chungi has studied to pass the police official exams for 4 years. He tries to fake a car accident to pass the exam.
