행복한 노년을 위해 황혼 재혼을 준비 중인 복희와 남규. 서로의 자녀들을 만나기 위해 상견례 자리를 마련한다. 남규의 딸 지안과 친해져 남부럽지 않은 가정을 꾸리고 싶어하는 복희와 달리, 남규는 아무 생각없이 허세충만한 무용담만 늘어놓는다. 게다가 자신을 반기지 않는 지안과 면박만 주는 아들 준기까지 나타나면서 일은 꼬여만 간다.
