주민센터 복지과 공무원 화정은 노인연금 유령수급 조사를 위해 수상한 집을 방문한다. 그곳에는 찾고 있던 노인 대신 명주와 진희, 두 사람이 기묘하게 공생하고 있다.

Hwa-jung, a social worker at a local welfare services office, visits a household under suspicion of senior pension fraud. There, instead of the elderly resident she expects to find, she encounters Myung-joo and Jin-hee, an unlikely pair bound together in a strangely symbiotic relationship.
