엄마는 딸의 생일파티를 준비한다. 남편의 폭력에 시달리며 시각장애인인 딸을 보살피는 그녀의 일상은 겉보기엔 평범해 보이지만, 미세한 균열들로 채워져 있다. 딸의 생일을 준비하는 과정에서 보이던 엄마의 위태로움은 이내 어떤 변화를 가져오게 되고, 돌이킬 수 없는 상황 속에서 딸의 생일파티가 시작된다.
