어느날부턴가 정체모를 ‘여자’가 나타나 동네를 서성인다. 약사 지영은 피폐한 행색의 여자가 신경이 쓰여 도움을 주려고 한다. 하지만 여자는 도움을 거부하고, 지영은 그녀의 알 수 없는 말과 행동 속에 이상한 위화감과 두려움을 느끼면서도 차마 연민을 내려놓지 못한다. 여자가 최근 유행 중인 독감 증세를 보이는 걸 알게 된 지영은 그녀 몰래 항바이러스제인 타미플루를 먹인다.

One day, outoftheblue, an enigmatic ‘woman’ appears in the neighborhood, wandering aimlessly. Ji-yeong, a pharmacist, finds herself concerned by the woman’s disheveled appearance and tries to offer help, only to be outright rejected. Despite the unease and fear that seize her, Ji-yeong can’t shake her sympathy for the woman. Eventually, her sympathy pulls her down a path that leads to an irreversible conclusion.
